Fresh off the release of his CIE2 project with Norfolk Virginia producer Illien Rosewell, Baltimore emcee UllNevaNo(you’ll never know) is showing no signs of letting up with releasing new music. This particular record he’s taking a campaign approach to show that he can rhyme extremely well with his [w] produced “nevaforsway.” The purpose of this track is for neva to grab the attention of sway in the morning to hopefully be considered for sway’s Friday fire cypher in the future. To support his campaign just simply mention @ullnevanohiphop @swaysuniverse and use the hashtag #neva4sway as well as the link on any social media outlet. Enjoy the record and help UllNevaNo get exposed on a larger platform.

Starting 2016 off right, Rome Cee dropped this new track “By The Pound.” The beat has a woozy kind of atmospheric sound that I think works well for Rome. He tends to pack a lot of words into his bars and simpler beats do a great job to highlight his wordplay and let his vocals come forward. I also like that it sounds very current. Rome can go old school and do the 90’s sound but he is equally as strong or maybe even stronger at rhyming over more progressive tracks. As he says in this hook this is Rome Cee stripped down and on to better things.
