Okay, so I’m out in LA and thought I’d be able to post a few days here. Things have been kinda crazy though. Of course there’s been the obligatory beach lounging and nightlife but there has been some business too. I had a show on Tuesday night and today we’re shooting a video for “Feature Presentation” off of the Major Major Mixtape. We’re gonna be all over LA today shooting so if you see us don’t hesitate to come say “what’s up.”

Anyway, things will be back the their regularly scheduled programing starting Monday. See you then!

There is always a photographer there and since Always Dope has started, they’ve collected a number of images that really embody the spirit of the event. People always seem to have a great time at these parties. I mean, really, how could you not? Cool people, great DJ’s, great music, live performances. It’ll make you go to work late on Wednesday. TONIGHT, our boy Eddie AKA Ed Music, is opening for Chrissette Michelle with the band “The Band Belief.” Ed will be banging on some drum pads and DJing with the group. The event is called “Fridays at Sunset” in Richmond, VA. If you’re going to check out Chrisette Michelle, do yourself a favor and get their in time to catch this group, and show our boy Eddie some love!

Tomorrow night, I’m going to be in the house for this event. Looks like a really dope line up. Our peoples Sean Toure, J Soul and Face are on the bill, all of which were on Majority Rules. And Harvey Dent is always holding us down, including at the last show on the tables. So you know I gotta slide through and show some love. Then check out 41yo.com where Brandon Soderberg has been doing Club Month. He’s got some really dope old school stuff and he always delivers some great insight. Peep the Equalizer jams. Those songs definitely had an effect on a young aspiring rapper in highschool. [41yo]
